Holy Family Convent is a leading Catholic girls’ school in Sri Lanka. It was established in the year 1903 by the Holy Family Sisters from Ireland with just 28 students. Presently it comprises more than 3500 students and 200 teachers.
The school consists of the collegiate school, the primary school and the nursery. The Principal of the school is Rev. Sr. Chandani Jayasuriya while the Principal of the primary school is Rev. Sr. Merita Fernando.

When the school first opened, there were just 28 students and one classroom. Since then, it has expanded on a massive scale and now comprises more than 3500 students and 200 teachers.
The school consists of the College school, the Primary school and the Nursery. The Principal of the College is Rev. Sr. Chandani Jayasuriya, while the Principal of the Primary is Rev. Sr. Priyanthi Jayathunga.
The school has up-to-date facilities such as media rooms, computer labs, modernized science laboratories, aesthetic facilities, and comfortable classrooms.
