Athletics 
Sports has always been an integral part of the co-curricular activities at Holy Family Convent. Familians have continued to excel in sports within and outside the shores of Sri Lanka. Their perseverance, dedication and commitment have thus far helped them to soar to high heights beyond comparison. The students have continued to perform well to maintain the high standard in Athletics which the school has always been proud of. We are grateful to our Sports teachers Ms. Rohini Condegama, Ms. Shiyami Adikari and Ms. Carmel Perera who performed excellent jobs to keep the school flag always high. Our Athletic coaches are Ms. Sriyani, Kulawansa who is in-charge of the track events and Mr. Augustine Appuhami who is in-charge of the field events. Normally our track events practices are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2.00 p.m. to 4.30p.m. at Reid Avenue and our field events practices are held in the school grounds on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. We hope to have both practices together at the same venue in future.
